We do not sell or rent your personal data.

Please share only information relevant to your enquiry. If you provide another person’s personal data, ensure you are authorised to do so.

  • Arrange, confirm or reschedule showroom appointments.

  • Discuss your space and recommend suitable furniture or storage options.

  • Prepare quotations at your request.

  • Coordinate orders, delivery, installation and after-sales support if you become a customer.

We collect and use personal data for notified, reasonable purposes, with consent where required by law.

3. Enquiry Follow-Ups and Marketing

When you contact us, we may reply by telephone, WhatsApp or email and follow up on your specific enquiry or appointment.

Making an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to promotional messages. We will seek separate consent before adding you to a marketing mailing or messaging list. You may opt out of marketing at any time.

We limit disclosure to what is necessary for the relevant purpose. Recipients may include:

  • Authorised team members handling your enquiry or appointment.

You may withdraw consent with reasonable notice. We will explain any effects on services and stop the relevant processing unless legally permitted or required.

We may verify your identity. We will respond promptly; if an access or correction request requires more than 30 days, we will notify you within that period of the expected response time.
