Cancellations and Changes

Deposits are non-refundable for customer cancellations after order confirmation, subject to applicable law.

Requests to change a confirmed order are subject to feasibility, particularly once materials have been ordered or production has started. We will explain any additional costs or changes to the delivery schedule before proceeding.

This clause does not remove your rights or remedies where goods are defective, do not match the agreed specifications, or where a refund is otherwise required by law.
