These limits apply to both series and refer to mattress weight, not the weight of people using the bed.

The piston warranty includes five years from the manufacturer and five additional years provided by HWB®.
Coverage is subject to the applicable warranty terms and applies to the specified components, rather than the entire furniture unit.
Site Measurement & Customisation
Site measurement is required to confirm the appropriate model, final dimensions and installation requirements.
The basic range excludes modifications. Adjustments for ceiling height, side pillars, additional cabinetry or other custom requirements are subject to additional charges.
Installation & Mattress Requirements
All HWB® V and H Series beds must be securely mounted using the recommended anchor bolts.
Your mattress must be available on the installation day so the bed can be correctly balanced. If it is unavailable, a return visit will be necessary, and a S$200 labour fee will be charged for the next trip.
Correct balancing and adherence to the recommended mattress weight limits are essential for controlled operation.
Safe Operation
When opening or closing your hidden wall bed:
Do not stand in front of the bed legs.
Do not place your hands on the bed legs.
Follow the operating instructions demonstrated by the installation team.
Consult our team before adding weight or accessories to the front panel. Added weight must remain within the recommended limits, and rebalancing is subject to additional charges.
TV-mounted configurations, including a 42-inch LED TV setup, require confirmation of the television’s weight, mounting arrangement and compatibility before installation.
Delivery & Order Confirmation
Delivery charge: S$80
Estimated delivery is 10–15 days after final site measurement confirmation, subject to stock availability.
A minimum 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
After-Sales Support
Free servicing and transportation are available, if required, within the first 10 days after delivery and installation.

Hidden Tables & Customised Cabinetry
Specifications and warranty coverage for hidden tables, customised wardrobes, kitchen cabinets and living room cabinets depend on the selected product and configuration.
Please confirm the details with our team before ordering. HWB® bed warranties do not automatically apply to these products.
