This website is operated by SPACE SAVING SINGAPORE (PTE. LTD.), UEN 202080808W (“Space Saving Singapore”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

These Terms govern your use of our website and enquiries about our products and services. Purchases are also subject to the written quotation, order confirmation and applicable product warranty provided to you.

1. Website Use

You may browse our website and use its features to learn about our products, submit enquiries and request appointments.

You must not misuse the website, submit fraudulent information, introduce harmful software or attempt to access systems without authorisation.

2. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications and images. Images are illustrative, and colours or finishes may appear differently on different screens.

Product suitability, dimensions, finishes and installation requirements must be confirmed before ordering. Customised furniture requires site measurement and confirmation of the agreed design.

Website updates do not change the specifications or price of an existing confirmed order without your agreement.

3. Enquiries and Appointments

Submitting an enquiry or requesting a showroom appointment does not place an order or create an obligation to purchase.

Appointment dates and times are subject to confirmation by our team. Please contact us if you need to reschedule.

4. Quotations, Orders and Payment

Your written quotation will set out the products, specifications, charges and payment terms applicable to your order. Please check these details before confirming.

A minimum deposit of 50% is required upon order confirmation. The remaining payment schedule will be stated in your quotation or order confirmation.

Modifications to a basic product set, including adjustments for ceiling heights, pillars or additional cabinetry, may incur additional charges. Changes and associated charges must be agreed before the additional work proceeds.

5. Cancellations and Changes

Deposits are non-refundable for customer cancellations after order confirmation, subject to applicable law.

Requests to change a confirmed order are subject to feasibility, particularly once materials have been ordered or production has started. We will explain any additional costs or changes to the delivery schedule before proceeding.

This clause does not remove your rights or remedies where goods are defective, do not match the agreed specifications, or where a refund is otherwise required by law.

6. Delivery and Installation

For HWB® Hidden Wall Bed® orders:

  • The standard delivery charge is S$80, unless otherwise stated in your accepted quotation.

  • Estimated delivery is 10–15 days after final site measurement confirmation, subject to stock availability.

  • Your mattress must be available on installation day for balancing.

  • If the mattress is unavailable and a return trip is required, a S$200 labour fee applies to that return trip.

Delivery and installation arrangements for other products will be confirmed in your quotation. Estimated dates may change; we will inform you of delays affecting your appointment.

Please provide safe access to the installation area and inform us of relevant building restrictions before installation.

7. Product Use and Warranty

Please follow the installation, operating and care instructions provided with your product.

HWB® Hidden Wall Bed® warranty coverage includes:

  • Piston mechanism: 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Metal bed frame and legs: Lifetime warranty.

Please refer to our Product Specifications & Warranty page and the warranty terms supplied with your order for full details. These warranty periods do not automatically apply to hidden tables, cabinetry, wardrobes or other components.

Contact us before adding weight to a wall bed’s front panel or modifying its mechanism, as assessment and rebalancing may be necessary.

8. Intellectual Property and External Links

Website content, photographs, designs and branding belong to us or their respective owners. You may view and share links for personal purposes. Commercial reproduction or reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

Third-party websites and services linked from our website operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data when you contact us or use our website.

10. Consumer Rights and Governing Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Singapore law.

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. If you have a concern, please contact us so we can work towards a resolution. This does not restrict your right to use applicable legal or consumer dispute-resolution channels.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms and will display the revised date on this page. Updates will not retrospectively change a confirmed order without your agreement.
